Adrian Wadey
Adrian Wadey, Silverleaf Director of Instruction, has been a teaching professional for the past 15 years and has had the opportunity to work for and with some of the very best instructors in the world including four number one ranked players. Although Adrian has had this experience, he gets the most pleasure working with our members here at Silverleaf. His true passion lies in helping a player realize a goal of breaking 80, 90 or 100 for the first time.

Edie Wessel
Edie Wessel will be assisting with the Silverleaf Performance Program. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. After playing collegiate golf at Duke University and graduating in 1994, Edie went on to receive her master's degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training from the University of Iowa. Teaching golf for the past 10 years, Edie has been able to incorporate her love of the game with the importance of flexibility and strengthening at any age.

Sophisticated measuring equipment like Trackman, Kvest, and DBS are allowing golfers to measure their swings like never before. This measuring has challenged many of golf's highest profile teachers. The challenge with all this information is distilling it into something that is usable for the advancement of golfers on all levels. In many ways the plethora of information available also poses a larger set of questions for golf instruction as an industry. Buzz words like Kinematic sequence , 3D screening, transfer segmentation are all part of the next generation of golf instruction lexicon.
What we have deciphered from all this information is the ever increasing relationship between swing mechanics and the movement of the human body. The future of golf instruction is the increased relationship between improving strength and flexibility alongside swing technique. We feel that this program best marries those two components. We are in the midst of a shift in how the swing is understood and it is an exciting time to be a golf instructor.
While the new instruction program at Silverleaf is as comprehensive as we have ever offered, it is based around our goal to make you the best golfer YOU can become. With a series of new clinics, mini schools, half and full day schools, we truly feel that we have combined all components of the game to help all golfers reach their potential. Our goal however regarding this program is not to intimidate or overwhelm an individual as it is related to what we offer but to enhance your golfing ability through a fun, creative and social learning environment.
